your bike has been designed to protect itself from heat-related engine failure. Reducing core engine temperatures
will optimize the machine’s power characteristics. This is
where the Boyesen SuperCooler comes into play.
BOYESEN SUPERCOOLER PERFORMANCE
Boyesen’s SuperCooler kit is designed to increase the
performance of the engine’s cooling system by flowing
more coolant and eliminating air cavitation within the coolant, resulting in a much more efficient “coolant charge” to
The SuperCooler’s design is based on correcting the inefficiencies and production-based limitations
of the design of stock water-pump systems. For each
SuperCooler made, Boyesen engineers apply ongoing
research and development to increase cooling performance for each make/model/year of the machine in the
following areas: inlet diameter capacity, hydrodynamically
optimizing the interior surface modeling, and hydrody-

coolant-flow pinch points, resulting in a hydrodynamically
efficient interior shape that dramatically increases coolant-flow efficiency and ultimately leads to increased fluid flow
re-entry rates into the engine. With a larger and often redesigned inlet opening to eliminate unnecessary bends that
disrupt coolant flow, the SuperCooler increases the rate of
flow feeding its impeller. Boyesen uses a patented impeller, designed in-house for each machine, that is 25 percent
more efficient at moving coolant than stock units and is
also designed to reduce fluid cavitation, thus increasing
cooling capacity. The Boyesen SuperCooler is available
for most popular two- and four-stroke machines built from
1989–2015, including Honda, Kawasaki, Yamahas, Suzuki,
KTM, Husqvarna and Husaberg.
What do you get with the Boyesen SuperCooler?
Superior fluid-flow rates, increased hydrodynamic efficiency and superior heat management. Simply stated, the
Boyesen SuperCooler is recognized worldwide by factory
race teams as the technological benchmark for bolt-on
engine heat reduction. For more information, visit www.
