APRIL 2017 / DIRT BIKE 107
Top: The TLD KTM 250s have benefited from the factory’s quest for power, FMF’s new exhaust and WP’s latest Cone Valve fork
has had a big impact on the performance of the machine. Middle Left: FMF had built the team a long header version of their
MegaBomb last year. The engine is stronger, and FMF fit the shorter version with a chamber right behind the MegaBomb that
helps with a stronger bottom. Middle Right: The Yamaha YZ450 uses the Rinaldi R&D hydraulic clutch, and the master cylinder
has been fit with a spacer to enlarge the fluid capacity. Bottom Left: Nihilo Concepts billet-titanium footpegs look flat wicked on
the TLD Red Bull factory KTMs. Bottom Right: LightSpeed handles the carbon fiber needs of Yamaha and Pro Circuit.
